Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress, and also an author. Her acting career on the soap-operas One Life to Live & Guiding Light, and later had numerous supporting roles on television shows that aired during primetime. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977 at The Bronx New York United States. Navedo began her acting career as a soap for daytime. Navedo was in the ABC soap show One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. She made her debut on in the CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut came with a small role on the show in Girl 6 (1996) then was featured in several episodes of New York Undercover and The District. Navedo played in Double Take, an action-comedy film, in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the year after. Navedo was the character the role of Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC program Law & Order from 2001 through 2004. Then, he was a part of Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages along with Blue Bloods. Navedo also appeared in many films such as El Cantante and Remember Me. From 2011 until 2013 Navedo was also a regular character in How to Make It in America Golden Boy and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. The comedic film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious parody released in 2015 was a parody on the Fast and the Furious television series. Navedo started her acting career on daytime soaps. From 1995 to 1997 she portrayed the character Linda Soto in the ABC soap show One Life to Live. The actress joined CBS's Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her debut on film, playing a character in Girl 6. She later was a guest actor as a guest star in New York Undercover (1996) and The District. Navedo appeared in Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001.
